Lance Malley attended Creighton University School of Law, in Omaha Nebraska. While attending Law School he was an active member of the Federalist Society taking on a leadership role in the Society during his last two years of Law School. Mr. Malley also competed in Moot Court during Law School and won the award of Outstanding Oralist in each round that he competed in.

During Law School Mr. Malley interned at the Milton R. Abrahams legal clinic for two years, a clinic in Nebraska that offers free legal assistance on civil matters for low-income individuals. During his last year of Law School while working at the legal clinic he became Senior-Certified and was able to represent clients under supervision. Mr. Malley was able to help clients with family and civil disputes while being Senior-Certified.

Mr. Malley spent the majority of his life in Colorado Springs and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outside, and watching sports.
